GeIL Corp is now first and the only memory manufacture that has the WLCSP technology ready for the high-end memory modules. Using the WLCSP, each die from wafer were directly map to the PCB board without any additional wiring/components and thus reduce the noises for the data signals. As the result of it, GeIL's Golden Dragon can achieve to a faster speed and enhance better performance for the system. The SPD for the Golden Dragon Dual Channel DDR Kit is optimized for the newest Intel's Canterwood, Springdale, E7205 and NVIDIA's Nforce2 chipset to take advantage of its full potential performance. Golden Dragon is simply now the best product for all the PC enthusiasts in the world.

The high speed is achieved from GeIL industry-leading engineering technology: Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP). Each chip is directly mounted to the module PCB in its original wafer format and die size without any type of conventional packaging. Thus, there are no soldering legs as with the conventional method. This break thru technology not only dramatically reduces the electro-magnetic noise, the module also produces very little heat under stressed operation. The end result is high bus clock speed and low operational temperature. No heat spreader is required. And because of its low electro-magnetic noise (EMC), when equipped, the computer receives higher system-wide stability and greater over-clocking potential.

GeIL Corp. introduces the NEW ULD Series, also known as the "Ultra Low Latency Dual Channel DDR Kit". The new ULD Series, which has enhanced SPD designed for the newest Dual Channel DDR technology. Our ULD seris DDR would benefit the Nvidia's Nforce2 and Intel's E7205 ("Granite Bay") chipset's motherboards for the maximum performance and reliability.

Currently GeIL's ULD Series provides two versions of the High Performance Dual Channel DDR Kits, the 512MB (256MB X 2), 1GB (512MB X 2) PC3200 400Mhz ULD and the 512MB (256MB X 2) , 1GB (512MB X 2) PC3500 433Mhz ULD. The ULD Series has the Ultra low latency of CAS = 2 and is paired up by our lab faculties with the completed testing procedures for validation and compatible purpose in order to assure GeIL's users with the highest quality of the Dual Channel DDR Kits.
